Elite Auto Body's primary services include full collision reconstruction, steel and aluminum body work and refinishing. Additionally, Elite handles full collision related mechanical, certified air conditioning, deployed air bag diagnosis and replacement suspension realignment.
We are very proud of our facility at Elite Auto Body. This family owned business has grown over the past 30 years from a 2 stall shop to a state-of-the-art facility.
Shop Floor: 13,500 square feet with 42 bays. Equipment includes:
- Six Dataliner drive-on frame benches with electronic measuring system
- One John Beam computerized four wheel alignment system
- Three Miller MIG welders
- One TIG welder
- One hazardous waste recycler (for R-12 and 134A refrigerants)
Paint Facility: 9,500 square feet. Equipment includes:
- Two Garmat downdaft spray cabins
- Six Garmat downdraft preparation decks
- Glasurit (BASF) refinish system
- High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) environmentally friendly spray equipment
- Three Trisk infrared heat lamps
- BASF Spectroflectometer for consistently perfect color match
Inside Storage Facility: 3,000 square feet with elevator system
