A. Not necessarily, most insurance companies have their own appraisers and they must get an agreed price with your shop of choice. Simply take your vehicle to your body shop and we will go over the car completely with your insurer.

Q. I don’t feel the accident was my fault. Can I pursue the other party’s insurance company?
A. Absolutely! If this is the case you may not have to pay your deductible, the cost of a rental vehicle or potential premium increases.

Q. Are all collision repair facilities and technicians qualified to repair my vehicle?
A. No, unfortunately not. This is why it is important for you to make an informed decision when choosing a collision repair facility. Look for technician/facility certifications such as A.S.E. (Automotive Service Excellence) and I-CAR (Inter-industry Council on Auto Collision Repair).
